Responsibilities- Lead the regional IT governance and operations function, providing strategic and operational oversight across multiple countries.
- Support senior regional leadership in ensuring technology teams across markets operate in alignment with group standards and objectives.
- Oversee local IT operations, including incident response, change/release processes, day-to-day support, and project delivery.
- Define and monitor performance metrics for local teams, including regular reviews and progress tracking against annual objectives.
- Guide the development and maintenance of strategic IT roadmaps for each location.
- Conduct in-depth capability assessments to identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas, followed by actionable remediation planning.
- Facilitate recurring forums, steering groups, and operational reviews with key stakeholders across the region.
- Consolidate insights from country teams to create executive-level reporting and analysis.
- Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent
- Over 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a regional or senior leadership capacity.
- Strong background in multi-country IT coordination within complex or matrixed environments.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery experience.
