About You

We are looking for a skilled and strategic communications professional to join our team as an Account Executive. You are a creative thinker who excels at developing and executing PR campaigns that drive results. You understand the importance of aligning PR strategies with broader business goals and can navigate complex challenges with ease.

You will interface with client contacts and media relations on a day-to-day basis, regularly drafting press or public-facing communications and content. You will maintain insights and gain understanding of industry trends, competitors, and other macro-factors through research and media monitoring, ensuring that your strategies are always informed and impactful.

What You Do

As an Account Executive, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for supporting the Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will play a crucial role in executing communication strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of PR campaigns.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with client objectives.
• Assist in managing day-to-day client communications and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and growth within existing client accounts.
• Support the development of media materials, including press releases, pitches, and briefing documents.
• Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports and analysis to clients.
• Assist in coordinating events, press conferences, and media interviews.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, helping to develop their skills and expertise.
• Contribute to new business pitches by conducting research, preparing presentation materials, and participating in client meetings.

What You Offer

• You have 1-4 years of agency experience in B2B and B2C PR.
• Deep experience working with B2B and B2C clients in the technology and corporate sectors.
• You possess a blend of strong project, team and client management skills, media and influencer relations, impeccable writing, and a good understanding of the commercial aspects of account management.
• You are a self-motivated, driven, collaborative and creative individual who would jump into anything with both feet.
• A passion for continual learning, genuine communications and a great sense of humour.
• You have PR in your DNA, content skills at the centre of your consulting toolkit, and possess the ability to flex into social and digital.
• Degree or equivalent, ideally in the field of PR, Communications, Marketing, Business or Journalism.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
