As the Materials Planning and Execution Specialist, you are responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business.
As the Materials Planning and Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Planning, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials (from suppliers and within internal departments) required to execute the business plan.
Reviewing of Weekly incoming orders and Schedule the orders as per CRD and align for Shipments.
Reviewing MRP exception messages and ensures schedule alignment and date management in SAP.
Supporting Warehouse / Shipping for urgent customer shipments.
Participating in team meetings to discuss improvements in processes and productivity.
Achieving KPIs in the areas of order fulfilment, materials management.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have associates' Degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience
Have at least 2 yr experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management.
Be able to demonstrate experience or knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality.
Have the ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
Demonstrate tactical execution with a sense of urgency.
