Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 months contract)

Binance is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term remote contract. The candidate may be located anywhere across APAC timezones. Contract extension is not guaranteed.

We are looking for a talented Recruiter to help with our global expansion. This role will focus on corporate and/or business hiring (CS, Compliance, Operations, etc.). The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure the company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, grow a strong talent pipeline, and advise/build close relationships with business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, offer negotiation, etc.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction to onboarding
  • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process
  • Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives
  • Manage recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner
  • Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including networking, university outreach, and attendance at local job fairs

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a top-tier internet company or agencies
  • Business/Corporate Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus
  • Fluency in English required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are a plus
  • Skilled with modern sourcing and selection techniques
  • Market mapping experience for global or Asia markets
  • Proven track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
  • Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
  • Positive about crypto
