
Sales & Customer Success Assistant, Programmatic Advertising

Algorix seeks a sales & customer success executive to join our growing team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading global media companies and publishers, focusing on maximizing revenue and supporting the long-term success of our top-tier partners.
The executive will serve as a strategic sales partner, translating Algorix's value proposition to grow publishers' revenue. Key traits include independence, entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, proactivity, and self-motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts effectively.
- Coordinate support across supply, demand, product, engineering, and finance to optimize revenue operations.
- Develop account strategies by analyzing performance trends and optimizing marketplace activities.
- Contribute feedback to shape product development based on client needs and market trends.
- Utilize data analytics to inform business decisions.
- Handle weekly reports and quarterly revenue planning for the account portfolio.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to surpass revenue targets.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, regular meetings, and calls with publishers.
- Participate in events to promote Algorix and the programmatic advertising landscape.
- Collaborate with product teams on product launches, integrations, and strategies.
Requirements:
- Understanding of advertising terminologies and the ad tech ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree; experience in account management and sales within ad tech, media agencies, or media companies is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
