Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis and draft moderation operating guidelines and playbooks in collaboration with the Governance team.
  • Continuously evaluate, propose, and execute improvements for existing processes and policies.
  • Review and align how knowledge is captured and organized to drive the best business outcomes.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders in strategies and operations to develop effective training and knowledge management.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to identify improvement areas to elevate human moderation accuracy.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
  • Final year student (graduate in 2026) or recent graduates with less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Business, Project Management or related fields with strong academic performance.
  • Process Optimization: Strong ability in workflow design and optimization with rigorous logical thinking.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Communication: Excellent coordination skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Adaptability: Fast learner who thrives in new technical challenges.
  • Work Ethic: Highly responsible and able to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, problem-solving skills and able to thrive in an ambiguous working environment.
  • Understanding of global E-Commerce trends is a strong plus.
