Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Culture and Engagement Advocate

  • Contribute ideas for maintaining and enhancing a strong, positive company culture
  • Organize and facilitate team-building activities and company-wide events
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs
  • Support the execution of employee satisfaction surveys and focus groups
  • Assist in creating internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged

Total Rewards and Well-being

  • Manage and continuously improve our employee benefits package, including healthcare, retirement plans, and innovative perks
  • Develop and oversee wellness initiatives that support holistic employee well-being
  • Administer leave policies with a focus on work-life balance and employee support

Learning and Development

  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating workshops and development programs
  • Help create engaging learning materials for employees at all levels
  • Support the implementation of learning technologies and methodologies
  • Collaborate with team members to gather insights on skill gaps and learning needs

Employee Experience

  • Contribute to strategies that boost employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Help design and implement feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment
  • Assist in maintaining and improving our onboarding program for new hires
  • Plan HR culture initiatives that foster a positive work environment
  • Represent the company at career fairs and networking events
  • Help cultivate partnerships with external organizations for learning and development

Performance and Development

  • Support the performance review process by ensuring documentation is complete and timely
  • Assist in implementing coaching and mentoring programs
  • Help analyze performance data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement

Qualities That Will Help You Shine

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or project experience in HR is a plus
  • Passionate about continuous learning and eager to dive into the world of HR
  • Enthusiastic about fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace culture
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in supporting others
  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas to HR initiatives
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and its application in HR
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with HRIS or LMS is a plus
  • Quick learner who adapts well to new technologies and software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Keen interest in understanding how HR initiatives align with business goals
