What you bring: To excel as VP, Credit Management, Fund Finance you will bring substantial hands-on experience managing credit exposures within complex fund finance structures. Relevant academic qualifications (such as a degree in finance, accounting or economics) combined with professional certifications (e.g., CFA). Extensive experience in credit risk management within fund finance or related sectors such as leveraged finance or structured lending is essential for success in this role. A deep understanding of private equity funds' structures, investment strategies, cash flow dynamics, and associated risks is highly desirable. Proven track record in conducting detailed financial analysis—including cash flow modelling—and preparing high-quality credit proposals for senior approval bodies. Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory frameworks governing fund finance transactions is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective stakeholder engagement across multiple levels of the organisation. Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients while balancing commercial objectives against prudent risk management principles. Experience working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams—particularly across front office, legal, compliance, operations—is important for seamless transaction execution. Familiarity with portfolio monitoring tools and early warning systems used in identifying emerging risks would be advantageous.
