Extensive experience in credit risk management within fund finance or related sectors such as leveraged finance or structured lending. Deep understanding of private equity fund structures, investment strategies, cash flow dynamics, and associated risks. Proven track record in detailed financial analysis, cash flow modelling, and preparing high‑quality credit proposals for senior approval bodies. Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory frameworks governing fund finance transactions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement across multiple levels. Ability to build trusted relationships with clients while balancing commercial objectives against prudent risk management principles. Experience working collaboratively within multi‑disciplinary teams across front office, legal, compliance, operations. Familiarity with portfolio monitoring tools and early warning systems identifying emerging risks. Commitment to supporting junior colleagues through coaching or informal mentoring.
