Applicant must be currently stays in Singapore and able to work overtime when in need.

Nitec or Certificate in Accounting or Business Admin with 1 to 2 years accounting working experience.

IT savvy and able to

handle Chinese documents.

Ensure all Suppliers' Invoices are approve and verified by respective department before process payments.

Assist in journals preparation for month end accounts closing

Handle monthly creditor's statement of accounts and reconcillation.

Other ad hoc duties as and when assign by management
