Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of aircraft interior products and retrofit solutions globally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airline customers and partners.
  • Lead a team in creating winning commercial proposals and managing contract negotiations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
  • Provide market insights to support product development and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Aerospace, or related field.
  • 8+ years in aerospace, with 4+ years in customer-facing commercial roles.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and manage complex technical sales.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft interiors (seats, galleys, lavatories, monuments) and commercial aircraft platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving and team collaboration abilities.
