We are seeking a visionary Product Design Lead to lead our Singapore-based design team and drive user experience innovation for our fintech products. This role will involve developing design strategies, establishing a design framework, and ensuring our products achieve industry-leading standards in functionality, usability, and aesthetics. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional design leadership, strong interaction design skills, and excellent team management abilities. Key Responsibilities Design Strategy Leadership: Develop and drive product design vision and strategy, ensuring design aligns closely with business objectives. Design Framework Development: Establish and maintain a unified design system and interaction pattern library across products. Team Management and Mentoring: Lead, motivate, and develop the product design team, enhancing team professionalism and collaboration efficiency. Design Quality Control: Ensure high-quality design outputs and establish design review and feedback mechanisms. User Research Integration: Collaborate with the user research team to translate user insights into concrete design solutions. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to drive design implementation. Design Innovation Drive: Introduce cutting-edge design concepts and methodologies to continuously improve the team's design innovation capabilities. Resource and Project Management: Responsible for planning and allocating design resources to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field. 6+ years of product design experience, including at least 3 years in a design leadership role at a fintech, technology company, or design agency. Proven strong design leadership and team management skills, with experience successfully leading design teams. Proficient in the entire user experience design process, with deep expertise in design strategy, interaction design, and design system construction. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite, and have a basic understanding of front-end development. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate design concepts and decision-making rationale. Deep understanding of the fintech industry, able to balance user experience with business needs. A strong portfolio showcasing design solutions for complex products and leadership achievements.
