Join to apply for the Manager, Deals Advisory role at Forvis Mazars in Singapore We are looking for a Manager to join our Corporate Finance team within the Deals Advisory practice. This role offers the opportunity to deliver innovative and strategic deal solutions to clients, providing end-to-end advisory from deal origination through to completion. You will work with leading companies across industries to help them identify, structure, and realise value from transactions. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will support informed decision-making and help clients maximise value from their deals Responsibilities esLead the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and other corporate finance mandate s.Independently manage projects, including client pitches and transaction engagements, under the guidance of Partners and Director s.Conduct and review financial analyses, valuation models, and strategic assessment s.Prepare high-quality client deliverables such as pitch books, information memorandums, and presentation s.Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholder s.Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions and recommendation s.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project deliver Qualifications ntsBachelor’s degree or higher academic qualificati onsMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&A, capital raising, transaction services, investment banking, or related fiel ds.Strong analytical skills and business acum en.Proven track record in deal execution and project manageme nt.Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial modelling, and corporate finan ce.Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environme nt.Comfortable working in cross-border teams and international settin gs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Engli Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Consulting and Accounting/Auditing Industries Accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
