PPF Record / Order (Materials Voucher) Levy waiver Work permit card and Passport control and filing Job posting,sourcing,interviewing,contract signing and onboarding for new employee Holiday leave application Course booking (CSOC, BCSS, FORKLIFT, EXCAVATOR etc.) Apply PCP for foreign workers Payroll calculation for all workers Salary summary arrangement (Three working days before departure date) Report to MOM for work injury case (Company letter with letter head, Original WP card, Passport) process WP Cancellation and issue special pass, monitor the special pass duration Letter distribution / Date Stamp WP renewal, security bond extension (Prepare Forms) Spass/ EPass renewal Contract filing Daily Record and other things Qualifications Must have a bachelor's degree or above Minimum 5 years of Human Resource work experience Must have work experience in Payroll Able to speak and write both Engalish and Mandarin Able to work overtime and work under high pressure. Good organizational, planning and communication skills. Highly proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
