Overview

The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and supports new forms of employment, direct fan interaction, and author relationships while promoting content exclusivity and healthy revenue for the platform.

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Project Manager to oversee multiple compliance-related projects within the TikTok Live environment. Reporting to the Compliance Project Lead, you will manage the full project life cycle from initiation to closure and work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, engineering, and operations, to ensure TikTok Live adheres to industry standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that include milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in identifying project scope, goals, and deliverables that support compliance initiatives.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Perform regular risk assessments to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate communication between legal advisors, technical staff, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and maintain appropriate documentation for each project.
  • Ensure project compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to implement compliance initiatives.
  • Assign and oversee daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring sub-teams progress toward milestones.
  • Compile regular project status reports and compliance audit summaries.
  • Share compliance best practices with the team and provide training as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, or regulatory-focused projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Asana, or Jira.
  • Certification in Compliance Management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
