Why Join As a Finance Operations Specialist at OCBC Property Services Private Limited, you\'ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes. You\'ll have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you\'ll need to have a deep understanding of financial operations and a keen eye for detail. You\'ll work closely with various teams to identify and resolve issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in driving success in this role. What you do Manage and maintain financial systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Identify and resolve issues, implementing process improvements as needed Collaborate with various teams, including finance, risk, and compliance, to ensure seamless operations Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to support financial analysis and decision-making Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Who you are A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in finance operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively Experience with financial systems and processes, including accounting and reporting Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including finance, risk, and compliance teams Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines What we offer Competitive base salary.
