(What the role is)

The 3P Network Division (3PND) develops and integrates NEA's educational and publicity initiatives and programmes for the 3P (People, Public and Private) sectors. The Grants and Awards Management Branch in 3PND's Strategic Engagement and Planning Department (SEPD) provides access to resources such as 3P Partnership Fund and national-level recognition programmes such as EcoFriend Awards.

(What you will be working on)

As Assistant Manager/ Manager in the SEPD, you will work closely in partnership with line departments to support 3P stakeholders to drive impactful Public Health and Environmental Protection programme outcomes. You will be responsible for the following:

• \tLead the development of funding strategies including providing partnership consultations to line departments.

• \tAdminister Call for Ideas Fund (CIF) and Partnership Fund (PF).

• \tEnsure compliance to grant administration SOPs and lead regular review of the Fund to maintain strong corporate governance and financial accountability.

• \tPlan and execute national-level recognition award platforms to recognise contributions from individuals/organisations.

• \tTrain and maintain a pool of trained NEA facilitators for public engagement to support NEA/WOG level engagement exercises.

• \tSupport Director of the 3PND in the areas of corporate strategy planning and workplan review.

• \tAt least 3 years of relevant working experience in the areas of public communications/engagement and events management.

• \tExcellent writing skills with strong project management, public engagement and analytical abilities.

• \tAble to lead and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, self-driven, organised.

• \tAble to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
