A leading alternative investments firm is looking to hire VP Compliance to report to Chief Compliance Officer.
- Preparing MAS and SGX filings for the entities
- To manage the relationship with local regulatory bodies and auditors.
- Assisting with the oversight and continuing the implementation of compliance programmes
- Staff personal dealing in financial instruments.
- Staff conflict of interest situations.
- To provide compliance opinion/risk assessment on KYC files and PEP/Sanctions alerts requiring an intervention.
