Job Description
  • Sales & Revenue Management:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel products and services (eg accommodations, tours, transportation, dining experiences)
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts
  • Partnership Development:
    • Formulate and execute co-branded promotions and campaigns to drive mutual growth
    • Build long-term relationships with partners that enhance the travel offering
    • Monitor partner performance and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine approaches and uncover new sales & partnership opportunities
