Overview APAC Regional Account Director, Work Dynamics role at JLL. The APAC Account Director partners with the JPMC Global Real Estate (GRE) Advisory team to lead the partnership, developing and delivering strategic solutions for JPMC’s GRE portfolio across Asia Pacific. Responsibilities Lead the partnership with JPMC GRE Advisory, delivering comprehensive strategic solutions for the GRE portfolio in APAC. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and manage the core service delivery and leadership team. Deliver regional initiatives and ensure consistency in processes, systems and reporting. Develop and deliver financial budgets for the JPMC property portfolio across APAC and build strong relationships within the JPMC GRE organization. Partner with GRE to define priorities and formulate annual strategic account plans focused on improvements and innovation. Leadership & Governance Develop and implement account plans to achieve outcomes and maintain a healthy long-term relationship. Provide strategic leadership to the Regional Operations Director and ensure operational excellence across services. Translate firm strategy into business opportunities and ensure delivery of strategic value. Role & Responsibilities Leadership: Establish vision and strategy for regional account plans; ensure exceptional delivery; hire and develop a high-performing team; promote One JLL in client interactions. Client/Stakeholder Management: Serve as single point of contact; ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations; build relationships with key stakeholders; manage new scope and account objectives. Financial Management: Achieve financial targets; lead property budgets and forecasts; pursue growth opportunities and cross-sell services; manage fee collection and outstanding payments. Contract Management: Adhere to contract requirements; drive KPIs and service levels; manage change strategies with cross-functional teams. Strategy & Partnership: Conduct annual planning with GRE Advisory and Cluster Leads; drive regional operational excellence; manage leadership development and succession planning; advance transformation of operating structures; disseminate best practices; coordinate regional initiatives; deliver Quarterly Business Reviews. Personal Skills & Expertise Strategy: Holistic view of JPMC GRE needs and strategy for APAC; deliver value through strategic programs. Partnership Focus: Exceed JPMC expectations and foster strong relationships with JPMC leadership. Firm & Market Knowledge: Understand outsourcing and real estate fundamentals; identify opportunities across services. Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA) Minimum 15 years’ experience in real estate, with strength in Facilities Account Management and understanding of Transaction Management, Project Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Lease Administration, Workplace Strategy and Employee Experience. Proven experience partnering with JPMCs to deliver strategic value. Experience handling complex account structures across multiple locations and geographies; ability to balance JPMCs and firm interests and escalate or de-escalate risks appropriately. Experience translating JPMCs needs into growth opportunities; manage a complex P&L across geographies. Reporting Staff / Manager: 9 direct reports. Reports to the APAC Managing Director, Financial Services based in Hong Kong.
