Roles & Responsibilities
  • Evaluate adherence to project management frameworks and standards, ensuring alignment with PMO standards.
  • Report QA findings with recommended actions to the Project Manager.
  • Identify systemic issues and propose enhancements to PMO processes.
  • Assist in developing QA templates, checklists, and audit criteria.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO QA, or IT Audit.
  • Experience with financial institutions or regulatory projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile.
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or MS Project.
  • Familiarity with IT change and release management processes.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, assertive, with negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, compliance standards, frameworks is a plus.
  • Certifications like PMP, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ITIL are advantageous.
