About The Job
Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on RPA development experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
• Strong proficiency in workflow automation design
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Experience with process mining/discovery tools, or proven ability to map and document end-to-end processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholder across different functions of a company
• Strong communication skills: able to elicit requirements, present technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and produce clear documentation
  

Preferred Skills

• UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect certification
• Experience automating processes in for e.g. ERP, CRM, or finance systems
• Familiarity with Citrix environments, web applications, and desktop automation challenges
• Knowledge of version control tools ( Git, SVN ) and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to cognitive services ( OCR/AI ) and integrating third-party APIs
• Experience with Microsoft PowerAutomate: designing, developing, and maintaining automated flow
  

Job Description
About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on UiPath RPA Developer to drive end-to-end automation initiatives. You’ll partner with business stakeholders and operations teams across the globe to identify key processes, evaluate their fit for RPA, and deliver scalable solutions from prototype through enterprise rollout. Beyond new development, you’ll ensure existing bots remain stable, performant, and aligned with evolving requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess manual, repetitive processes across departments and operations team across the globe for RPA suitability
• Conduct process discovery workshops and gather detailed functional and technical requirements
• Design modular, maintainable automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and associated components
• Develop, debug, and test workflows in accordance with best practices and coding standards
• Coordinate user acceptance testing ( UAT ), incorporate feedback, and finalize production deployments
• Manage deployment pipelines and schedule bots via UiPath Orchestrator
• Provide post-deployment support: investigate issues, apply fixes, and optimize performance
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for process definitions, solution designs, configuration settings, and operational runbooks
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Change Management teams to ensure compliance and governance
