Overview F&B Retail Industry • Central • Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm • Basic up to $7500 + VB Job Responsibilities Develop and lead the brand’s overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and creative vision. Oversee digital, retail, and partnership marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Strengthen brand identity and storytelling across social media, e-commerce, and offline experiences. Manage marketing budget, performance metrics, and ROI tracking to optimize spend and impact. Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation. Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and collaborators. Drive community engagement and brand advocacy through events, collaborations, and influencer partnerships. Analyse market trends and consumer insights to shape future campaigns and brand growth strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 6–10 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or creative strategy (F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience preferred). Proven ability to lead cross-functional campaigns and manage teams or external partners. Strong storytelling and content development skills, with an eye for design and cultural trends.
