We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Coordinator to oversee and streamline the administrative aspects of our operations. This role bridges operations, finance, and administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while supporting the leadership and executive teams with accurate reporting and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, financially literate, and proficient in Xero.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all administrative functions related to operations, ensuring compliance with company processes and policies. Provide direct administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting preparation, and documentation. Oversee financial administration including invoicing, expenses, purchase orders, and vendor payments. Requirements Proven experience in an operations support, executive assistant, finance, or administrative role. Proficiency in Xero is essential. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and support senior stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
