Overview

FP&A Senior Analyst/Manager (F&B) role at Randstad Singapore. Reporting to the Finance Director, this position focuses on monitoring financial performance, analyzing business outcomes, and creating forecasts to support senior management in strategic and tactical decision‑making.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning processes and prepare forecasts.
  • Monitor the company's financial performance and analyze business drivers and outcomes.
  • Assess market conditions to develop forecasts for strategic and operational decision‑making.
  • Prepare business updates for senior leadership and assist department heads with data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Identify process improvements and develop reports and dashboards to support decision making.
  • Prepare technical reports and support capital budgeting activities.
  • Assist with accounting tasks and conduct variance analysis to suggest operational enhancements.
  • Synthesize data into actionable insights and work independently in an Excel‑driven environment.
Qualifications
  • Recognised degree in accounting or ACCA or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience; ideally from consumer related MNCs.
  • Experience in consumer related industries is advantageous.
  • Strong command of Excel and ability to work independently; detail‑oriented with the ability to synthesize data.
