About the Opportunity:
Hudson is partnering exclusively with a mission-driven, high-growth company in the precision diagnostics space that is transforming the way cancer is detected and treated. As they continue to expand globally, they are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their finance team in Singapore.

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll play a critical part in driving budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional business insights. You'll have visibility across multiple regions—including Singapore, the US, and Hong Kong—and will work directly with senior leaders to influence high-impact decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and financial planning cycles across global entities
  • Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, resource allocation, and commercial initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide performance insights and drive accountability
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for business leaders
  • Support strategic reviews including pricing, market entry, and investment planning
  • Prepare board-level materials and support investor updates and due diligence
  • Drive process improvements and automation within the finance function
  • Mentor and guide junior finance team members on FP&A best practices
What We're Looking For:
  • Startup experience is a must—you know how to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • 3 years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance roles
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as NetSuite is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills—able to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Strong business acumen; ability to translate data into strategic insights
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, life sciences, or global/multi-entity businesses is a plus
