Now, we’re expanding to Singapore and looking for a highly entrepreneurial, founder-minded Managing Director to lead the charge. About You You’ve scaled startups or recruitment firms — ideally both. You’re a connector, strategist, builder and closer. You don’t need hand-holding, but you love collaboration. You’re energised by creating something from scratch and turning vision into velocity. You have deep roots or networks in Singapore’s startup, scale-up or corporate innovation ecosystems. What You’ll Do Own and lead Maestro Singapore as Managing Director & equity Partner. Build our Singapore talent and client community from the ground up with support from the AU team. Lead business development, operations and client relationships. Recruit elite, fractional talent and match them to business-critical briefs. Work alongside Maestro HQ (AU) to leverage proven playbooks, tools, brand, and infrastructure. Eventually build your own internal team and manage them — again with constant support from Maestro HQ.
