Join a leading global firm and play a key role in developing a cutting-edge AI/ML platform Work closely with the GenAI lead to create scalable, resilient, and high-performance AI/ML solutions. If you have a strong MLOps background and experience in building robust AI/ML platforms, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

ML Model Deployment & Monitoring – Serve as the central point for ML model refactoring, optimization, containerization, and deployment while ensuring high-quality output.

Governance & Compliance – Conduct reviews to ensure ML models comply with governance principles like versioning, lineage tracking, and coding best practices.

CI/CD Pipelines & Automation – Develop pipelines for continuous operation, feedback, and monitoring of ML models, addressing data drift, retraining triggers, and rollbacks.

AI Environment Optimisation – Enhance development, testing, and production environments for maximum usability, reliability, and performance.

Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with infrastructure, application development, and data engineering teams to integrate ML models into enterprise applications and ensure seamless data flow.

Tech Evaluation & Innovation – Stay ahead of the curve by assessing open-source AI/ML platforms and tools, ensuring optimal performance and integration.

Requirements

Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in Python for ML and automation tasks, with working knowledge of Bash and Unix/Linux commands.

CI/CD & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or similar tools for pipeline orchestration.

Cloud & Containerisation: Strong understanding of OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, or Azure.

ML Libraries & Frameworks: Experience with Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, H2O, and at least one MLOps framework (e.g., Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, DataRobot, H2O, or Dataiku).

Big Data & Workflow Orchestration: Knowledge of Spark, Dask, Airflow, or Ctrl-M for distributed data processing and workflow automation.

Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with Splunk, Geneos, and other logging tools for tracking model performance and troubleshooting.

AI & ML Operationalisation: Strong expertise in scaling, managing, and governing ML models while implementing industry best practices in MLOps.
