The Continental-NTU Corp Lab is a strategic research collaboration between NTU and Continental, focusing on developing advanced solutions in sustainable materials engineering, artificial intelligence, communications, and cybersecurity for future urban mobility applications. Our goal is to develop innovative solutions that can be commercialized into products and services for Continental through close collaboration with its business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research in AI domains and formal methods.
  • Apply research ideas to improve software engineering processes at Continental, especially requirement engineering and testing.
  • Research combining AI techniques with formal methods (especially program synthesis) to enhance the explainability and robustness of AI models.
  • Collaborate with Continental’s development team.
  • Interact with Continental business areas.
  • Develop and integrate AI algorithms into the development process.
  • Prepare academic publications, patent applications, and research papers.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual reports, including writing and presenting.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
  • Strong background and research experience in AI, software engineering, automatic testing, and program synthesis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, especially Python.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility for research and work.
