You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables residents' satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service. **Responsibilities**You will: * Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures * Make and confirm reservations * Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails, calls and assist with requests. * Handle cash floats throughout your night shift and ensure all floats are balanced at the end of each shift * Verify revenue from all sources and follow up on any discrepancies in reports *
