Overview

Achieve consistent sales results aligned with revenue and business expansion targets.

Spearhead business growth strategies in onboarding new clients and retention of existing engagements in consulting sector.

Work closely with the leadership team to design and implement scalable business models.

Mentor and guide junior team members in sales techniques and client management.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve consistent sales results aligned with revenue and business expansion targets.
  • Spearhead business growth strategies in onboarding new clients and retention of existing engagements in the consulting sector.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts to build long-term relationships with corporate partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging industry trends.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to design and implement scalable business models.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in sales techniques and client management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new customers during their initial phase, addressing questions and providing support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase new client acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to product and development teams based on client needs and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a sales or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience in bringing high level deals worth 5 to 10 Million (SGD) or more.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a technology or SaaS company is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Candidate with good Mandarin language skills to focus on clients in the mainland China and Taiwan region.
