We are seeking a resourceful and motivated Sourcing Buyer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing procurement activities related to assigned commodities. You’ll play a key role in sourcing F&B supplies to support resort-wide business activities.

  • Manage procurement activities for supplies and services related to the commodity
  • Conduct competitive sourcing process, initiate requests, negotiate commercial terms, prepare analyses, and recommend awards
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure best value buys and transparent purchasing processes
  • Engage closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines
  • Achieve KPIs at the company and team levels
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in Hospitality, F&B, Procurement, or similar roles
  • Strong time, task, and resource management skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking
  • Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel; knowledge of Ariba is a plus
  • Motivated to learn, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
