Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities Conducts technical training in both classroom lecture and practical scenarios. Ability to relate experience to training. Ability to follow closely to the training curriculum. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems. May participate in projects to improve training. Assumes responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within work area. At times, may assist in planning, assists managers and seniors as needed. Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value. 2-5 years of relevant experience is preferred Functional Knowledge Has knowledge of working in cleanroom environment. Has some electrical/electronic background e.g multimeter usage Attention to details is a plus. Have initiatives mindset for improvements is a plus. Business Expertise Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others in the discipline Assumes responsibility for full customer satisfaction assuring excellent relations within assigned area Leadership Has no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload Problem Solving Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options Impact Impacts own team through the quality of the services or information provided; follows standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance Interpersonal Skills Uses communication skills to exchange information Interested candidates may apply through the application system.
