Technical Trainer, East area (Semicon Industry) We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training in both classroom and practical settings with hands‑on experience in semiconductor operations and a strong ability to translate technical knowledge into effective training. Start Immediately. Rotating shift: 7am to 4:30pm / 4pm to 1:30am. 1‑year contract (renewable). East area. About the Role Deliver high‑quality technical training and support training processes while ensuring safety compliance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Deliver technical training through classroom lectures and practical exercises. Follow and adhere to the prescribed training curriculum. Diagnose and resolve technical issues as they arise. Participate in projects aimed at improving training processes. Ensure complete customer satisfaction within the assigned area. Assist in planning and support managers and senior staff as needed. Maintain strict compliance with all safety procedures and promote safety as a core value. Requirements Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, or other related Engineering disciplines. Hands‑on experience in equipment assembly, system build, testing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Experience working in a cleanroom environment. Basic electrical/electronic knowledge (e.g., multimeter usage). Strong attention to detail. Initiative and willingness to suggest process improvements.
