Credit Risk Officer

Key Responsibilities Analyze credit proposals, identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies. Assist Business Unit Relationship Managers (RMs) and Financial Institutions (FIs) with the credit committee process by preparing reports and presentations. Monitor the performance of existing loan portfolios, identifying early signs of delinquency. Proactively contact delinquent borrowers, develop and implement remedial action plans, and negotiate repayment arrangements. Participate in the collection and recovery process for non-performing loans. Prepare quarterly reports on Non-Performing Loan (NPL) accounts. Maintain accurate records and document all credit risk management activities. Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices in credit risk management. Pre-requisites requirements Minimum of 3 (three) year of experience in credit risk management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of credit analysis methodologies, risk assessment techniques, and loan workout strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial analysis tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Indonesian would be preferable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
