Position Overview: Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Deputy Director of Partnership Development - Corporate will play a pivotal role in shaping TTSH's strategic direction and expanding its market presence. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Management and NHG Cluster to develop and implement corporate partnership strategies tailored to healthcare communities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new partnerships in the healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, GPs, insurers, etc.
  • Lead and mentor the corporate partnership team to achieve KPIs and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential partnerships and collaborations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or related fields.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of insurance market operations, regulations, trends, key providers, brokers, and products is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
