Overview

The Business Transformation (BX) Senior Consultant delivers client transformation via strategic problem framing and solutioning. This requires engaging with senior executives to understand issues and develop hypotheses, performing analysis, developing and presenting solutions to validate hypotheses, and the ability to deliver organization change through effective program and change management. It also requires close partnership with ICLs and practitioners across the business, to support delivery of BX projects.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead strategic solution development and delivery, including problem framing, client engagement, workshops, and transformation execution, in partnership with other Practice areas (Media, Creative CXM)
  • Foster long term partnerships with clients, based on successful transformation delivery
  • Support account teams in the problem and opportunity identification portion of the Key Account Planning process and with major client opportunities
  • Create and publish case-studies of successful transformations
  • Partner with BX teams across APAC and globally to share learnings and best practices as we continue to evolve and mature the BX value proposition and go-to-market strategy
Professional Skills & Experience
  • 3 or more years of consulting / strategy work experience, or experience in business development or business transformation
  • Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical skills, notably the ability to identify, frame and break down business problems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Listening skills, creativity and intellectual curiosity
  • Self-motivated with the drive and ability to work independently, as well as within a team across multiple projects at once
  • Ability to manage many facets of ongoing, strategic initiatives to tackle business challenges, in the context of a rapidly transforming company
  • Deep knowledge of specific industries and/or knowledge of digital marketing and data management an asset
