You will be accountable for growing our share of the customers" business through superior service delivery.Key responsibilities and tasks include delivering vessel performance that exceeds client expectations, driving the transformation of the fleet cell model through technology and innovation, ensuring compliance with the Safety & Quality Management System, proactively developing client relationships, overseeing budget processes, managing personnel appointments, exploring marine service offerings, providing guidance on industry developments, and ensuring timely risk assessments and incident handling.Qualifications for this role include a Master Mariner, Chief Engineer, Naval Architect, or similar qualification in a marine-related managerial role, strong technical understanding, knowledge of compliance requirements, experience in financial management, team management skills, exceptional communication abilities, high ethical standards, proactive leadership qualities, negotiation skills, analytical reasoning, and attention to detail.Join us and be a key player in shaping the future of our operations.
