The School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) is one of the top 11 mechanical and aerospace engineering schools worldwide. With strong industry partnerships, MAE offers a vibrant research environment, excellent R&D infrastructure, and numerous research funding opportunities. The school has over 2500 undergraduates, 90 faculty members, 140 research staff, and a growing research student population of over 400 engaged in strategic research and development.

We invite highly qualified candidates in the following area to join our team:

  • Intelligent Manufacturing Systems – involving manufacturing processes, robotic technologies, and systems.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor and PhD degrees from reputable universities.
  • Good research record; postdoctoral experience is advantageous.
  • Industry experience with a passion for education.
  • Research interests in robot manipulation, control, industrial robot applications, sustainable manufacturing, or smart factories in Industry 4.0.
  • Excellent teaching record at undergraduate or graduate levels.
  • Translational research experience with industry relevance is preferred.

Successful candidates will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, supervise students, and conduct research. Tenure-track candidates will also seek research funding.
