Responsibilities

Our F&B Service Experts are skilled in a wide range of event functions and can take initiative to deliver services that ensure guests’ experience is well taken care of from start to finish. Responsibilities include setting tables and event materials, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies as needed. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager; complete safety training and certifications. Maintain a clean, professional appearance; protect company assets and confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; communicate clearly and professionally; develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team to reach common goals; adhere to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; reach overhead/below the knees, including bending and twisting; move and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None.
