Join to apply for the Fixed Income Investment Product Analyst role at Capital Group “I can succeed as a Fixed Income Investment Product Analyst at Capital Group.” The Investment Product Analyst role supports the delivery of investment expertise across Capital Group’s fixed income platform. The individual will need to be able to quickly develop a deep understanding of Capital Group’s fixed income range, investment approach and have an ability to synthesise technical information to enable Capital Group associates to speak credibly to its investment strengths. They will partner with the Investment Product Specialists and Investment Directors to generate investment insights for a range of client and marketing activities. Primary Responsibilities Partners with Investment Product Specialists, Investment Directors and the investment team to provide expertise on Capital Group’s fixed income investment strategies. Helps develop investment narratives to position Capital Group’s fixed income strategies as well as creating investment content and materials that support Investment Directors and the investment team in client meetings and other client engagements. Engages with client-facing teams on a range of investment-related requests and queries, coordinating and collaborating with internal business support teams to deliver to client outcomes. Analyses the market and competitor landscape to provide detailed insights that can support product messaging and help differentiate Capital Group’s fixed income capabilities and solutions. Advocates for Capital Group’s fixed income offerings and contributes to product strategy, including new product development efforts and other initiatives. Builds positive working relationships with key internal stakeholders across Capital Group’s Europe, Asia and North American business through understanding their issues and showing them the benefits of partnering as a team. I am the person Capital Group is looking for Ideally at least 3-4 years within the asset management industry, with exposure to an investment team environment and/or as a product specialist delivering subject-matter expertise and investment insights. You have a sound understanding of fixed income markets and a range of fixed income strategies. You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with a variety of internal and external audiences. You demonstrate intellectual curiosity, analytical and problem-solving skills. You are organised and detail-orientated, committed to delivering accurate investment insights and content in a responsive and timely manner. You are highly collaborative and are comfortable partnering with multiple teams across different regions to deliver outcomes. You have experience in interacting with and extracting information from market data tools and platforms, including Bloomberg. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
