Responsibilities Lead and manage portfolio exposures across financial assets and liabilities, including fixed income, FX, equities, and derivatives, ensuring alignment with investment objectives. Execute and optimize high‑volume trading strategies, including arbitrage, options, and derivative positions. Perform pricing, valuation, and financial modelling to support trading and risk management decisions. Conduct quantitative and qualitative market analysis to monitor portfolio performance and risk. Monitor and manage market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Provide strategic guidance on asset allocation, hedging strategies, and derivative structuring. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CAIA, or FRM preferred. 8–15 years of experience in fixed income, FX, and derivatives trading, with hands‑on experience in high-volume trading, arbitrage, options, pricing, and financial modelling. Proven ability to handle large trading volumes efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Hands‑on experience with Bloomberg system operations and trading module setup. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with advanced VBA and financial modelling skills. Highly proactive, with strong analytical thinking, communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills; able to perform under fast‑paced, high‑pressure market conditions.
