Engineering Associate at Skyworks Solutions, Inc.

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for all frontline process related issues occurring during 12-hour shift operation.
  • Collaborate with Equipment, Yield, and Operation teams to restore down process and machine back to production.
  • Deploy and review effective statistical control of processes to ensure a stable and robust processing platform.
  • Support process engineering continuous improvement projects and cost optimization to uphold production capacities and process capabilities.
  • Provide effective hand-over to/from day/night shift process sustaining members.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in engineering/science or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • ITE Higher Nitec or Nitec with > 2 years of lithography process experience in a high-volume manufacturing semiconductor environment.
  • Familiar with SPC and OCAP in advance.
  • Fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
  • Willing to work 12-hour rotating shift.
  • Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome as well.
