Project Leadership & Execution Support and deputize for the Project Manager/Director in the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value industrial projects within schedule, cost, and quality parameters. Lead multidisciplinary coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure technical compliance and seamless workflow from design through commissioning. Prepare, review, and validate project schedules, method statements, risk assessments , and technical submissions in line with regulatory and client requirements. 2. Engineering & Technical Management Perform detailed mechanical design reviews , including P&ID verification, HVAC, ACMV, process piping, and equipment layout optimization. Oversee mechanical installation works , ensuring alignment with specifications, QA/QC standards, and statutory codes (SS, ASME, ISO). Troubleshoot and propose engineering solutions for site constraints, design clashes, or system performance deviations. 3. Quality Assurance & Documentation Establish and implement Quality Control and Inspection Plans (QCIP) across all mechanical activities. Conduct systematic site inspections , evaluate subcontractor performance, and prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with corrective action recommendations. Manage and track all technical documentation , as-built drawings, testing and commissioning records, and handover dossiers. 4. Stakeholder & Resource Coordination Interface with client representatives, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors in technical execution and documentation. Support procurement evaluation for mechanical systems, equipment, and consumables based on technical merit and cost-effectiveness. 5. Safety & Compliance Enforce project adherence to WSH, ISO 45001, and MOM regulations , including risk mitigation, permit-to-work (PTW), and safe work procedures. Participate in safety audits and toolbox meetings , ensuring full compliance and zero-incident culture at site. Requirements Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline. Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant project experience in industrial environments such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, or power generation facilities. Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Project .Strong understanding of HVAC, process utilities, high-purity piping systems , and equipment installation.Familiar with BCA, NEA, PUB, and SCDF submission requirements. Certifications (Preferred): WSQ Supervise Work in Confined Space OperationsWSH Safety Coordinator CertificateConstruction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, planning, and leadership capabilities; able to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
