Job Description The Revenue Executive supports the Commercial team in maximizing room revenue and overall hotel profitability. This role assists in daily yield operations, pricing strategy, and revenue system management to ensure optimal business performance across all channels. Duties and Responsibilities Support daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reporting and analysis. Maintain and update rates, restrictions, and inventory across PMS, CRS, and OTA extranets. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to support tactical decisions. Ensure rate parity and accuracy across all distribution channels. Prepare pick-up, pace, and channel production reports to identify revenue opportunities. Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and business mix analysis. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align pricing and distribution strategies. Liaise with the corporate office on rate structures, system updates, and promotions. Conduct regular audits of rate loading and distribution channel performance. Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to support revenue decisions. Assist Reservations and Sales teams in evaluating demand and optimizing room inventory and ADR. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by Management. Requirements Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related discipline. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, or Front Office in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of distribution channel management and market trends Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented In-depth understanding of revenue management principles Passionate about maximizing business performance through strategic pricing and inventory management. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Opera PMS, SynXis CRS, or similar revenue management systems preferred. Knowledge of online distribution channels and OTA platforms is an advantage. A proactive team player with good communication and organizational skills. What We Offer?
