What You'll Be Responsible For We are seeking a Lead Partner Manager to join our APAC Capital Markets team in Singapore. This role will focus on building and expanding institutional relationships with trading clients across the region and working closely with Circle’s Exchange team. What You'll Work On Client Coverage: Manage and grow a large book of APAC-based institutional trading clients, serving as the primary point of contact across sales and relationship management. Have a deep understanding of current trading firms’ capabilities and identify new trading counterparties. Deal Management: Oversee live deals with trading clients, ensuring smooth operations, efficient communication, and timely delivery. Product Promotion: Pitch and cross-sell Circle’s full suite of products—including USDC, EURC, and USYC—with a focus on driving deeper client adoption and improving trading utility. Operational Management: Handle day-to-day operational workflows, including onboarding, compliance coordination, and transaction oversight. Market Engagement: Act as a conduit for market information flow between Circle and its clients, providing insights to internal teams and ensuring clients stay informed of product updates and opportunities. Strategic Growth: Develop tailored solutions for clients to expand their usage of Circle’s trading infrastructure. What You'll Bring To Circle Experience: 7–10 years of experience, largely working with trading clients on an institutional sales desk, ideally at major centralized exchanges. Prior experience at a major investment bank or trading operation is a plus. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of exchange trading products, including spot, derivatives, and perpetual contracts. Interest and strong knowledge of DeFi. Client Management: Proven track record in both sales and relationship management roles with institutional trading clients. Ability to manage a high-volume client book with professionalism and efficiency. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Professional Attributes: Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border fintech environment. Languages: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken); Mandarin is preferred to facilitate collaboration with APAC partners.
