Overview

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a cryptocurrency exchange. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives from conception to execution. In this role, you’ll collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver top-tier features, defining product specifications, conducting user studies, and iterating based on feedback while supporting QA testing. You’ll engage directly with customers to understand their needs and build empathy, leveraging market research to inform decisions. Prioritizing projects with smart trade-offs, you’ll develop and manage the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. As the team’s representative, you’ll drive cross-functional communication to keep initiatives on track. This position offers an opportunity to shape impactful, customer-facing products in a dynamic environment where your ability to balance priorities and collaborate across teams will be key to success.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with trading/exchange platform expertise.
  • Experience delivering large projects and managing team dependencies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well with design, engineering, QA, and other teams.

  • Passion for crafting compelling customer-facing products.
