Responsibilities and ownership

The Endowus Business Development and Partnerships team is a pivotal business unit that develops and leverages key corporate relationships to amplify Endowus’s reach and build new business verticals.

We are seeking someone enthusiastic, with up to 3 years experience, with preference in partnerships, business development and/or sales roles. They will support the team in pitching, executing and tracking the performance of B2B projects, which include market research, preparing slide decks, conducting financial literacy workshops and working with other internal teams to deliver projects. Ideally, the individual possesses strong client facing skills, project management skills, is familiar with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), and has an interest in data analysis.

Client engagement and Partnerships

• Manage partners for our Employee Investment Solutions, and engage employees under the program through EDMs and financial wellness programs
• Qualify, engage and nurture corporate client funnel for corporate treasury solutions
• Prepare decks and presentations for webinars and seminars
• Support event planning and logistics

Team support responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal dashboards and reports tracking team’s performance
• Maintain and track leads, and follow-up activities through our CRM platform
• Work with the Investment Office to understand upcoming products for customers and to customise solutions for clients
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication skills and the energy to do what it takes to get things done
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work with spreadsheets is a must
• Familiarity with, or a willingness to learn SQL and other programming languages for basic data analysis
• Be a self-directed learner
• Be passionate about Endowus and our mission (Please know our product)
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments including Stocks, Bonds and Funds

Nice to haves

• Degree in Finance/Banking or related discipline
• Experience in a marketing function
• Experience in online trading or digital investment platforms
