Overview Job Title: Sales Support Executive (Lead Gen & Outreach) Company: Tekcoglas Design Pte Ltd Location: Tampines Job Summary Support the sales team by generating leads, identifying key contacts, setting appointments, following up on sales quotations, and managing sample inventory to help close building and renovation projects in Singapore. Responsibilities Research and identify new building and renovation projects in Singapore using the BCA portal, industry news, and social media platforms. Identify and list Architects and Interior Designers responsible for targeted projects. Contact identified Architects and Interior Designers to schedule face-to-face meetings and product presentations for the Sales team. Track quotations sent to contractors and clients, collect feedback on project progress, and report updates to management to support closing sales. Organize, code, and archive glass sample inventory accurately. Coordinate the dispatch of samples through Lalamove or courier services. Preferred competencies and qualifications 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Telemarketing, or Administrative roles. Ability to use online platforms effectively to find project leads and relevant contacts. Confident phone communication skills to conduct outreach calls professionally.
