Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact You will be required to support various HR processes Responsibilities Oversee personnel matters including employment of outsource staff, resignation, confirmation and assignments Manage employee relations issues and provide advice to managers in adherence to the law and companies policies Create or prepare dashboards, reports and analysis Involve in employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities Plan and conduct new employee orientation Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager Qualifications Minimum Degree in Business with 5 years of working experience Able to work under fast pace environment Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills, highly adaptable. High level of initiative and mindset of continuous improvement Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organised. Independent, resourceful, team player, results driven, and customer focused.
